How can I get in touch with customer care?

To speak with our team at customer care, please email us at hello@katemojimeghanmoji.com. If you have an order confirmation number, please reference it in the email.

I emailed customer care. When should I expect a response?

We strive to respond to all emails within 48 hours.

Please note, this time frame may be extended during holidays and following new product launches. Thank you for your patience.

I placed an order but did not receive an order confirmation. What should I do?

Order confirmations can take up to 24 hours to receive during holidays and new product launches. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact customer care at hello@katemojimeghanmoji.com.

Can I change, cancel, or update my shipping address on an order?

No, all sales are final. Please confirm your address is correct at checkout. Once an item is purchased the order cannot be changed.

Do you offer returns?

No, all sales are final. Please refer to our Return Policy.

If you receive a product that is damaged or missing please email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@katemojimeghanmoji.com  to receive a replacement item. The email must include photos of the damaged product and packaging slip.

Please note, MAVERICK ENTERTAINMENT, LLC reserves the right to refuse all returns.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are processed in 4 to 6 days.

Shipping times:

Standard US: 5 to 12 business days (but historically ships between 3 to 5 business days)

Expedited US: 3 to 5 business days (but historically ships between 2 to 3 business days)

Overnight US: 1 to 2 business days

International Standard:  Packages can take up to 21 business days* **

International Expedited: Packages can take up to 10 business days* **

    *Please note for international orders, not all tracking events may be represented in real time and this sometimes makes a shipment appear to be "stuck" at a certain place/event. When shipping internationally, you should factor in delays due to customs and hand-offs to local carriers.

     **Once a package leaves the U.S., we are not responsible for any shipment that may be affected by natural events, transfers to a local carrier in your country, air and/or ground transportation strikes or postponements, and customs delays.

What shipping carriers and methods do you use?

Our carriers include: UPS, USPS, FedEx, Royal Mail, DHL, DPD, and India Mail.

In the U.S., we use standard, expedited, and overnight. For international shipments, we use standard and expedited.

I am a customer outside the outside USA. Do you ship internationally? Do I have to pay customs and VAT?

Yes, we ship internationally except to the following countries: Afghanistan, Burkina Faso, Central African Rep, Comoros, Congo, Cuba, Djibouti, Equatorial Guinea, Iran, Iraq, Kosrae, Liberia, Libya, North Korea, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Syria, Tinian, Truk, and Yemen.

Once a package leaves the U.S., we are not responsible for any shipment that may be affected by natural events, transfers to a local carrier in your country, air and/or ground transportation strikes or postponements, and custom delays.

All products shipped internationally (outside the U.S.) can experience, including but not limited to, import duties, taxes and/or charges (including VAT), and levies which are not calculated in the total amount of your order, nor will they be paid or reimbursed by MAVERICK ENTERTAINMENT, LLC. Before placing your order, please confirm with your country’s customs office these additional costs.
